Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a well-established healthcare organisation based in Nottingham. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Temporary Resourcing Coordinator to join the Resourcing Team, where you will be responsible for coordinating staffing rotas, ensuring shifts are fully covered, and playing a key part in maintaining an efficient and uninterrupted service.
Key responsibilities:
- Contact staff by telephone to book and confirm shifts, ensuring all rota gaps are filled.
- Coordinate staffing requirements and respond quickly to last-minute changes or absences.
- Update rotas and maintain accurate scheduling records.
- Build positive relationships with workers and provide a professional point of contact.
- Liaise with the wider Resourcing Team to ensure staffing requirements are met.
- Ensure all bookings are completed accurately and within required timescales.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills with confidence speaking to people over the telephone.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, scheduling, administration or customer service would be advantageous.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A proactive and flexible approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team while also being able to work independently.
