Hybrid – Leicestershire (Tues & Wed in the office)
Full-time, Monday to Friday

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a leading discount provider. In this role, you will provide key administrative support to help maintain strong relationships with their retail partners and ensure the smooth delivery of promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor an email inbox, triaging queries and prioritising communications

Work closely with the wider team and relevant departments to ensure queries are resolved efficiently

Support the launch and ongoing management of campaigns, including updating details within the internal admin system & ensuring guidelines are met

Prepare and format campaign materials for different platforms while ensuring brand and campaign guidelines are followed.

Review and support improvements to team workflows to help streamline processes and increase efficiency.
Skills & Experience Required
-
Proven administrative experience within a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Excellent customer service & administration skills, ideally within an E-commerce or B2B environment.

Strong IT proficiency and confidence using administrative systems.

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
Additional Information

This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 3 months.

The role is hybrid, requiring office attendance two days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).
