This role is an ongoing temporary role and you must be able to cover holiday cover within the team.
Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a successful automotive business
based in Nottingham. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced part-time host/receptionist to join the team, where you will be responsible for providing quality customer service for a luxury brand and play a key part in customer experiences.
Key responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients, providing a warm and professional welcome
- Providing refreshments and associated hospitality services
- Keeping the reception area clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Ensuring guests are updated and looked after
- Answering telephones and resolving enquiries
- Associated administration duties
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working within either hospitality, beauty, luxury brand, or customer service
- Confident communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels
- Able to stay calm in high-pressure situations
- Must be available to work afternoons on Monday, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Also be available to cover holidays in the team.
