Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a successful business based in Nottingham. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Systems Analyst to join the team. 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding activities across the organisation, ensuring processes are efficient, consistent and continuously improved

  • Administer and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), ensuring users have appropriate access based on their roles and responsibilities

  • Assist in assessing and implementing tools and systems that support business needs and improve operational efficiency

  • Provide timely and professional support for system and tool-related queries, managing requests through the ticketing system and delivering a positive user experience

  • Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation, collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs, and ensure assigned activities are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines

 

What we’re looking for: 

 

  • Ability to organise and prioritise workloads effectively, while responding promptly to urgent tasks and issues

  • Experience administering systems and tools, with a willingness to learn new technologies, processes and techniques

  • Skilled in creating, maintaining and mapping Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support consistency and knowledge sharing

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused approach to supporting colleagues and addressing their needs

  • Demonstrates discretion when handling confidential information, takes pride in delivering high-quality work, and works effectively both independently and collaboratively
