Full time, Monday – Friday, 1 in 4 Saturdays
Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a successful property business based in Nottingham. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated Maintenance Coordinator to join the team.
Key responsibilities:

Coordinate maintenance jobs, contractor workloads and daily schedules to ensure work progresses efficiently

Book appointments, organise diaries and coordinate access for property visits and contractors
-
Upload property visit reports, photos and videos accurately to the relevant systems
-
Provide administrative support to the Property Management team and keep jobs and actions up to date

Liaise with contractors and customers, providing timely updates and following up on outstanding works
What we’re looking for:

Property experience desired but not essential

Professional, confident and approachable when dealing with customers in person or by phone

Able to manage competing priorities and stay organised in a fast-paced environment

Administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

Comfortable using Microsoft Windows, Outlook and online systems
