We are supporting a growing organisation in Nottingham who are seeking an experienced administrator to provide support to their HR team. This role will focus on compliance, onboarding and general HR administration.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out right to work checks and maintain employee records
- Process background checks and references
- Support the onboarding process for new starters
- Complete compliance and file audits
- Provide general administrative support to the HR function
About you:
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
- Previous HR, recruitment or onboarding experience desirable
