Harper Recruitment Group is partnering with a well established global organisation seeking an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day performance, development and motivation of their multilingual Customer Service function. This is an exciting opportunity to shape service delivery, strengthen key customer relationships and drive continuous improvement across a complex wholesale operation.

This role is ideal for a confident people leader who thrives in a busy, commercially driven environment and enjoys improving processes, developing teams and building strong customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an accurate customer order book, ensuring orders are processed, shipped and invoiced within agreed timeframes.
• Build strong relationships with key account contacts, acting as a trusted partner and escalation point.
• Lead, motivate and support a multilingual Customer Service team, ensuring high morale and consistent service standards.
• Compile and review performance reports, using insights to drive strategic improvements.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance customer experience, efficiency and SLA performance.
• Oversee onboarding, training and ongoing development of new and existing team members.
• Manage customer queries and escalations with professionalism, tact and empathy.
• Implement, document and review consistent customer service processes across the team.

What you’ll bring

• The successful candidate must be fluent in English plus Polish, Italian, Spanish or French.
• Previous hands-on management or supervision of a Customer Service or Customer Experience team.
• Experience within retail, wholesale, consumer goods or similar fast-paced environments.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience developing team members and managing performance plans.
