Hours: Monday to Friday 8 am – 4 pm 

Harper Recruitment Group is partnering with a well-established global organisation undergoing an exciting period of growth within their Customer Service function. They’re expanding their team and recruiting several Customer Service Specialists to support their international wholesale operation.

You’ll work closely with planning, logistics, credit control and wider operational teams, acting as the central point of contact for your customer group. From order management and delivery coordination to resolving claims and identifying process improvements, you’ll be at the heart of a complex wholesale operation where accuracy, communication and customer focus are essential.

What will the role involve?

• Processing orders & entering details into the eCommerce system
• Responding to customer enquiries through email and phone
• Provide clear, proactive updates on stock availability, new products, shipments, delays and returns.
• Supporting with delivery queries, also processing returns and refunds
• Maintain direct contact with key accounts, providing timely information on orders, deliveries and operational updates. 
• Addressing complaints, concerns, and questions promptly and professionally
• Liaising with couriers via email and telephone
• Authorising credit notes
• Producing correspondence and confirmation via email
• Demonstrating and developing knowledge of product lines
• Other administrative or customer service tasks to support the wider teams

Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a customer-focused role, ideally within wholesale, retail or consumer goods, 
• Fluent in English plus one of the following languages: Italian, Spanish, French, Polish, Danish, Norwegian, German or Swedish.
• Highly organised, accurate and confident working with data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
