£15-20 per hour DOE

Harper Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a self-motivated and organised installation engineer for our client who is based in Nottinghamshire. This role will require frequent travel across the UK where you will be installing cutting edge technology at client sites.
Duties will include:

Managing your own diary to visit customer sites across the UK to install waste management technology

Travelling frequently to client sites

Completing installations to a high standard and recording these via reports

Providing training to customers on using the technology
-
Responding promptly to internal & external email requests

Trouble-shooting issues

Maintaining a safe working environment

Managing inventory, counting stock and packing/shipping sensors
Skills/Experience Required:
-
A full, clean driving licence & own vehicle is essential

Experience in installing equipment, tools or software on-site

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients

Flexibility and willingness to travel

Exceptional customer service & communication
-
Organisation & time management skills
-
Familiarity with power drills, electric screwdrivers & similar tools

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
Additional Information – This role will require flexibility with working hours & travel across the UK. You must have access to your own vehicle and a driving licence. This role will be physically demanding and include lifting equipment.
