Monday- Friday 8:30am – 5pm (on-site)
£28,000 – £30,000 pro rata, depending on experience
We are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join a well-established and growing business based in West Bridgford on a temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices
- Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records and data entry
- Supporting month-end processes
- Handling finance-related queries from suppliers and internal stakeholders
- General administrative support to the finance team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in a finance administration, accounts assistant, or similar role
- Must be available to start work immediately
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- A proactive and positive approach
