Harper Recruitment are looking for an excellent administrator to join our client in Long Eaton. You’ll be the operational backbone of the branch, ensuring every property transaction runs smoothly while supporting a high-performing sales team. From managing compliance and coordinating viewings to liaising with buyers, vendors and solicitors, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience from instruction through to completion.
Please note: Previous experience within the property or estate agency sector is essential for this position.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing first-class administrative support to a busy and successful sales team.
- Being the welcoming first point of contact for clients, delivering outstanding customer service both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Coordinating diaries, arranging property viewings, booking valuations and managing appointments to keep the branch running efficiently.
- Preparing and processing key sales documentation, including Memorandums of Sale, compliance paperwork and Right to Rent/ID verification.
- Managing property listings, sales progression updates and ensuring all records remain accurate and compliant.
- Creating engaging property adverts, brochures, window displays and online listings to showcase available properties.
- Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers and other key stakeholders to keep sales progressing.
- Maintaining CRM systems, updating property information, pricing and availability.
- Keeping branch records, compliance documentation and filing systems organised and audit-ready
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working within an estate agency or property business (essential).
- A solid understanding of the residential property sales process and associated administration.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- Outstanding communication skills with a confident, professional and customer-focused approach
