We are looking for a confident, outgoing and motivated candidate to join a well-known discount provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent an established brand, engaging with SMEs and independent businesses across Manchester and introducing them to the benefits of its services.
You will be the face of the business in your local area, building relationships with business owners, generating interest and promoting an exciting free trial.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit independent businesses and SMEs across Manchester, engaging directly with business owners and key decisionmakers
• Represent a recognised brand in a professional, friendly and enthusiastic manner
• Introduce businesses to a free trial, confidently communicating its benefits and value
• Promote the company’s services, answering questions and addressing any queries
• Build positive relationships with local businesses, creating a strong first impression of the brand
• Record business visits, conversations and outcomes accurately using internal systems
• Work independently, managing your own schedule while contributing towards wider team objectives

Skills & Experience Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to approach and engage new people
• A friendly, outgoing and professional personality
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Good knowledge of Manchester, including its high streets and independent business community
• Ability to travel around Manchester using a car or public transport
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, promotions or another customer-facing role would be beneficial, although full training will be provided
