Are you an experienced Trainer with a passion for learning looking to add true value to an organisation?

An exciting opportunity to join a not-for-profit organisation, you will play a key part in the organisational development journey. Working closely with key stakeholder and external providers to shape a coaching culture throughout the business.

You will be responsible for the design and delivery of high impact learning provisions taking a blended approach to Learning & Development incorporating formal courses, workshops, coaching, 1:1 sessions, active learning and e-Learning.

Duties include:

• Develop and progress the learning and development opportunities for all staff within the business
• Coaching Line Managers and supporting and advising on performance management/improvement
• Assessment of the performance review process/appraisal system, identifying training development
• Identify and assess current and future training needs through job analysis, career paths, appraisals and line manager discussion
• Source, evaluate, engage and manage external training contracts
• Produce regular reports, using appropriate mechanisms to evidence training statistics/data as required

Skills/Experience required:

• Proven L&D experience
• Learning & development qualification, CIPD or equivalent
• An accredited coaching qualification
• The ability to design, source and deliver training course content to suit company requirements
• To work with managers and staff to proactively support the development of a high-performance workforce
