Training & Events Administrator (Part Time) 
Circa £20K pro rata 
20 hours per week 
Castle Donington 

Are you a capable and experienced administrator who enjoys communicating and coordinating?

We are looking for an Administrator with superb organisational ability to join a thriving training business on a part time basis. 

Providing vital support to the wider business you will be responsible for the following duties;

  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of course bookings and payments 
  • Update online course data and availability via the company website 
  • Liaise with accounts to ensure a prompt and efficient invoicing process
  • Book venues, meeting rooms, equipment and catering requirements 
  • Produce, prepare and distribute training materials 
  • Maintain contract information for tutors and students
  • Manage busy dairies and travel arrangements for the wider team 
  • •Prepare outbound mail for collection and place online orders in a timely manner
These duties are not extensive and the role will require a flexible approach with a can-do attitude.

Essential criteria:
  • Significant experience in a similar administration, project support or coordination role essential 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Well organised, precise and methodical 
  • Proactive and confident, comfortable working a in fast paced environment 
  • Confident Microsoft Office suite Word, Excel and general IT competency
