Trainer (Learning and Development) 
£40K - £45K + Benefits (1 year FTC)

Are you an experienced Trainer who is looking for your next exciting role? This is a unique role where you can have significant influence on the successful delivery of key projects for a thriving leading business within the financial services sector. 

The successful Trainer will collaborate with existing team members to undertake analysis to identify training requirements across the business. 

Duties will include:

• Liaising with stakeholders to prioritise training initiatives 
• Ensure that all Operational personnel are trained to company standard
• Design and deliver training across the Operations department 
• Deliver engaging and original training to encourage successful learning 
• Maintain training plans and skills matrices 
• Ensure regulatory compliance fulfilled 

• Previous experience of successfully delivering superior training within similar organisations
• Extensive experience of designing training materials 
• Excellent communication skills and engaging presentation style 
• Knowledge of regulated environment advantageous 
• Experience of working with 3rd party supplier of interest
