Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Job Role: Trainee Account Manager
Salary: £20-22k + Bonus OTE 30k
Location: Derby

Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a leading Engineering consultancy, due to continued success and exciting plans for growth we are looking for 2x Recruitment Consultants to join their Rail division.

You will be joining the Resourcing team providing an effective support to Senior Recruitment Consultants and hiring managers.

What will the role involve?

• Proactively support the recruitment and resourcing for engineering contractors
• Coordinate candidate attraction and responses
• Matching applicants to job specifications
• Ensure all communication to applicants (offer letters and interviews) is in line with company policies
• Build and develop relationships
• Assist in organising recruitment exhibitions and open days
• Overseeing the shortlisting of applicants, communicating with line managers

Essential criteria:

• No recruitment experience is required we will consider all backgrounds such as graduates, retail, call centre, ex-forces and customer service
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
• A team player with great attention to detail
