Job Role: Recruitment/HR Administrator

Salary:    £9.00ph

Location: Derby

Hours:     Monday - Friday 8.30-5.30

Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a national health-care provider just a stones throw from Derby City Centre, we are looking for a motivated Recruitment/HR Administrator to join our client for 12 week project.

What will the role involve?

  • Providing administration support within a busy recruitment team
  • Liaising with line managers and applicants to organise interviews and chase for feedback
  • Carrying out background vetting and pre-employment checks
  • Placing job adverts
  • Assisting with new starter on boarding process
  • Issuing contracts for new and existing staff
  • Providing full administration support
  • Maintaining personnel files
  • Recording and monitoring holidays and sickness

Essential criteria:

  • Proven administration experience
  • Background within recruitment advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A team player with great attention to detail
