Job Role: Facilities Administrator (temporary)
Location: Nottingham, NG5
Hours: Monday - Friday (Part Time 20 hours over 5 days)
Salary: £11.67ph

Harper Recruitment Group have an exciting opportunity to join an onsite Facilities Management team at their offices. 

You will be working closely with the management team, providing administration support to all aspects of current projects. The successful candidate will also ensure that all health and safety policy requirements are implemented within the facility.


What does the day to day look like?

  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining a filing system for building/facilities related paperwork
  • Ensuring that all repairs/maintenance and replacements are actions
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure that necessary repairs are completed
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the building
  • Managing the insurance and claims procedures
  • Handle all incoming communications

Who are we looking for?

  • Knowledge of environment and health & safety standards
  • Excellent relationship builder with strong communication skills
  • Problem solving in complex environments
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach
