Technical Onboarding support

Job Title: Temporary Workforce Technology Assistants (x2)
Location: Nottingham (on-site)
Duration: 6 months temporary contract 
Hourly rate: £15 - £18 per hour depending on experience 

We are currently recruiting for two temporary Workforce Technology Assistants to support a major onboarding and equipment refresh programme..

The team will be onboarding approximately 750 new employees, alongside delivering ongoing technology refresh initiatives for existing staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and packaging IT equipment (laptops, peripherals, accessories)
• Ensuring all items are correctly logged and tracked
• Updating internal trackers and systems
• Supporting communications related to equipment distribution
• Assisting with basic technical support where required

About the Role

This is a hands-on, logistics-focused position within the Workforce Technology team. While primarily operational, the role would suit candidates with a technical interest or background, as there may be opportunities to assist with IT support tasks.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills
• Comfortable handling IT equipment
• Basic technical knowledge (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Background checks will be conducted prior to start.
