Job Role: Technical Customer Support Officer
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £20,000-£23,000


Harper Recruitment are proud to be working in partnership with a leading global software company. As a Technical Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing first-class customer service and technical support to their international client base.

Initially this role will be working from home but with the view to be based in their Nottingham office in the future.

What does the role involve?

  • Assisting customers via telephone, videos call and email
  • Providing customer support for hardware and software solutions
  • Developing a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services
  • Keeping accurate customer records
  • Acting as the first point of contact for new customer queries
  • Assisting other departments with activities such as renewals, onboarding and returns


Who are we looking for?

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • A background in Technical Support, Software Support or the IT industry
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or Xero advantageous
  • Experience in SaaS advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Problem solver with the ability to meet deadlines
