Job Role: Technical Contracts Administrator
Salary: £21,000
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am – 5:30pm
Location: Nottingham
Harper Recruitment Group are working with a leading global IT provider who are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team.
Duties will include:
- Following set processes for all Additions, Deletions, Renewal and Changes
- Working closely with the Customer Support Team and other relevant departments to inform them of new contracts
- Liaising with account managers to ensure the smooth onboarding of new customers
- Data entry
- Managing all aspects of the contracts database on Excel
- Dealing with queries from the customer support team
Skills and experience required:
- Excellent administration skills
- Highly competent in Microsoft office and Excel (vlookuos, pivot tables, formulas)
- Great attention to detail
- Self-motivated, positive and proactive attitude
- Good organisational/planning skills
