Job Role: Maintenance Administrator
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.00-15.45
Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with an international manufacturing giant, our client are looking for ad experienced Administrator to join the team onsite in Burton.
Our client are looking for an experienced Administrator to manage the Maintenance/Asset Management system, this is a varied role initially to assist for a 3 month contract.
What does the role involve?
Administration duties such as signing off work orders
Creating work orders from completed inspections, defect lists and weekly schedule
Data input to allow tracking and trend analysis
Producing weekly reports
Chasing up maintenance and surface team to complete work orders
Uploading of existing electronic and paper documentation
Wages and time clocking system administration
Contractor control including inductions, collating of relevant information and data collection
