Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a well?established and reputable travel organisation. We are looking for an experienced and detail?driven Ski Travel Coordinator to join their specialist operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with large tour operator experience who is looking to progress their travel career within a business offering hybrid working, flexible benefits and long?term development.
Acting as the primary contact for group organisers, providing clear guidance and updates throughout the planning process
Building accurate, well?structured itineraries including timings, activities, visits and meal arrangements
Working with accommodation partners to confirm room allocations, dietary needs and special requests
Managing travel?related administration such as passenger lists, amendments and supplier communications
Responding promptly to queries and ensuring groups feel fully supported throughout their journey
Participating in an out?of?hours rota during peak travel periods (enhanced pay applies)
Supporting wider booking administration and operational tasks as required
Carrying out any additional reasonable duties to support the team
Experience working for a large tour operator, handling multi?component travel arrangements (essential)
Strong understanding of ski destinations, resorts and established ski suppliers (essential)
Experience coordinating group travel, ideally within ski or multi?element itineraries (essential)
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Confident communication skills when dealing with group leaders, suppliers and internal teams
A proactive, solution?focused approach with strong teamwork skills
Strong written and verbal English skills
Familiarity with popular European ski regions (beneficial)
French or Italian language skills (desirable); additional languages are a bonus
