Service Coordinator £25,500 Permanent Nottingham Full-time
Harper Recruitment Group is working in partnership with a leading tech organisation based in Nottingham. We are looking for a Service Coordinator to support the operational flow of telecoms equipment across the business. You will play a key role in ensuring devices, network hardware and engineering materials are accurately prepared, tracked and distributed to support field engineering, customer provisioning and network deployment.
Processing internal equipment requests, engineer orders and customer fulfilment tasks
Coordinating with customer support and network teams to ensure equipment is working correctly
check stock and available asset management and audit compliance
Maintaining accurate asset tracking, serial number control and stock records
Preparing engineer kits and supporting day?to?day operational workflows
Identifying opportunities to streamline fulfilment processes and improve service levels
Experience in a technical operation is beneficial
Strong attention to detail, particularly with asset tracking and serial numbers
Confident using digital systems, handheld devices and inventory tools
Organised, reliable and able to work in a structured, service phone and email environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
Exposure to service operations, technical deployment and customer provisioning
Training on telecoms equipment, systems and compliance processes
