Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a leading not for profit organisation who
place people at the heart of everything they do. Due to growth the are looking for a HR professional
to join their friendly and inclusive HR team. The role would suit someone with experience in both the
public and private sectors with a HR generalist, HR BP or HR Manager background.
What will the role involve?
? Line management of the HR Administrator and overseeing the delivery of the HR service
? Maintaining the integrity of the HRIS system to generate workforce analytics
? Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures
? Identify Learning and Development, facilitating the monitoring and delivery of training
? Provide expert solutions focused HR advice acting as the expert to managers regarding HR
matters
Who are we looking for?
? Previous experience in a similar HR generalist role either HR BP, HR Manager or similar
? CIPD Level 5 or qualified by experience
? Experience of Line Managing
? Knowledge of delivery or supporting with the delivery of L&D initiatives
? Strong knowledge of escalated, complex case handling
