Are you an experienced and capable Manager with proven knowledge in the Energy sector? We have an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established company who are celebrating growth and expansion due to their continued market dominance.

The role offers a platform to exercise your natural Leadership ability to driving and shaping the performance delivery of the B2B Billing Operations Team.
This multifaceted role offers the opportunity to be client facing and would suit someone who is a natural rapport builder with the ability to influence achieving positive outcomes.

Duties will include.

  • Daily management of the B2B Operations Team including Team Leaders
  • Overseeing the Billing, Cos Disputes, ET’s, Losses, SLA’s, Metering tasks and exception management
  • Client and stakeholder relationship management for all B2B customers
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and processes.
  • Maintaining positive internal stakeholder relationships
Skills and experience required.
  • Previous experience within the B2B Energy sector highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of B2B pricing and Billing within the Energy Sector desirable
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing a team
  • Leading the coaching and development in a motivating and inspiring style
  • Ability to understand and translate contractual SLA’s and convert into achievable team targets
  • Charismatic and engaging communication style with string presentation skills for both internal and external client meetings
