Senior HR Business Partner

Are you a strategic orientated HR Business Partner looking to add true value to an organisation? 
Do you thrive in overcoming challenges and delivering on operational objectives?
I am working in partnership with one of my leading clients who place huge emphasis on the value of HR. 
Duties include:
	- Supporting the Director in the delivery of strategic and operationally efficient HR service delivery 
 
	- Collaborate on a variety of exciting HR projects with a view of enhancing the HR function 
 
	- Act as the principal contact for daily operations 
 
	- Ensure staffing requirements are met for a busy call centre operation with national presence 
 
	- Influence, coach, and mentor Line Managers in best practice HR delivery 
 
	- Present proposals and make recommendations 
 
	- Line manage and motivate a team of 7 HRBP’s, HR Advisors and HR Admin 
 
	- Support the development of the HR information system and attend system partner meetings 
 
Skills/Experience required: 
	- CIPD LEVEL 5 or above with experience in a similar HR BP role 
 
	- Experience in a complex multisite organisation preferably Contact Centre or similar 
 
	- Managing and developing team members and coaching Line Managers
 
	- Demonstratable experience of working effectively at strategic and operational level 
 
	- Experience of managing complex HR issues including TUPE, redundancy, sickness, and dismissals 
 
	- Knowledge of HR information systems and manipulating data to create reports
