This is an exciting opportunity to join the dedicated Specialist Collections Team but it’s not hardcore Collections as you know it! You’ll manage a variety of calls from customers who are experiencing financial difficulty and/or challenging situations in their lives that have led them to fall behind on their credit card payments. Your role will be to support the customer whilst trying to get them back on track.
First class training, support and equipment is provided for you to work remotely. You will be based at home with 2 days per month in the office for collaboration and relationship building. Whilst you are in training (up to 12 weeks) you will be in the office more often, so you must live a commutable distance from Nottingham. You will work 9 am - 5.30 pm for up to 12 weeks of training. When in department, shifts rotate weekly between 9-5:30/10-6:30/11:30-8. Additionally, you'll work every Saturday but you'll get Sunday off and an additional set day off during the week.
