Job Role: Senior Customer Service
Location: Nottingham/Remote Working
Pay rate: £23,000
Hours: 37.5 hours, 5 shifts between 9am – 8pm Monday to Saturday, set day off in the week

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dedicated Specialist Collections Team but it’s not Collections as you know it! You’ll manage a variety of calls from customers who are experiencing financial difficulty and/or challenging situations in their lives that have led them to fall behind on their credit card payments.
First class training, support and equipment is provided for you to work remotely. You will be based at home with 2 days per month in the office for collaboration and relationship building. Whilst you are in training (up to 12 weeks) you will be in the office more often, so you must live a commutable distance from Nottingham.
