Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a well-established award-winning organisation. Due to continued success, they are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Credit Controller to join their Accounts team.

As a Senior Credit Controller, you will oversee and coordinate a team of Credit Controllers, providing support and guidance as needed. Organising meetings with clients to review outstanding debts and preparing debt reports are also key aspects of the role.

What will the role involve?

• Organise meetings with credit controllers to provide support and guidance
• Log, escalate and resolve queries within agreed SLAs
• Record relevant information on unpaid bills
• Ensure all notes are up to date and followed up
• Build and develop relationships with clients, lawyers and colleagues
• Arranging meetings with clients to review outstanding debts as necessary
• Recommend process improvements and report issues to the Credit Manager

Who are we looking for?

• Minimum 7 years of credit control experience in professional services
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience supervising a team
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Numeracy and financial understanding
• Numerate and detail oriented.
• MS Office suite including Word, Excel and outlook.
