Job Role: Sales Support Administrator

Salary:    £20,500 (£10.50ph)

Location: Nottingham/NG4

Hours: Monday - Friday 8-4

Harper Recruitment group are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our client – a leading manufacturer on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre, you will be play a key part in supporting the inside sales team ensuing customer accounts achieve all SLA’s and a first class customer service.

The successful candidate will have a customer service/sales background and be confident using SAP, initially this role is a contract until the end of 2021.

What will the role involve?

  • Handling inbound calls from customers, assisting with enquiries and directing to account managers
  • Tracking progress of orders and updating customers
  • Setting up new products to customer accounts
  • Managing and processing all new orders
  • Providing administration support to sales team
  • Producing and sending customer quotations

Essential criteria:

  • Proven Sales Administration/customer service experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • SAP experience essential, Salesforce desirable
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A team player with great attention to detail
