Job Role: Sales Administrator

Salary: £20000

Location: Nottingham (NG8)

Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5

Harper Recruitment are looking to recruit a Sales & Purchasing Administrator for our client - a Nutritional Manufacturer just on the outskirts of Nottingham City Centre.

You will be joining a friendly and motivated team, working closely with the Customer Service and Warehouse departments ensuring a first-class service and timely despatch of customer orders.

What will the role involve?

  • Coordinate the customer orders and quotations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Liaising with freight forwarders, obtaining quotes and arranging shipping
  • Obtaining certificate of authenticity
  • Approving and checking supplier invoices
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Printing stock reports, maintaining stock levels
  • Arranging collections from suppliers

Essential criteria:

  • Proven Sales Administration/Freight experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A team player with great attention to detail
