Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of progressing property sales from agreed offer through to successful completion.
- Act as the central point of contact between buyers, sellers, solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers and other key stakeholders.
- Proactively monitor each transaction, identifying potential delays and taking action to keep sales on track.
- Regularly chase updates, manage timelines and ensure all parties are informed throughout the sales process.
- Build strong relationships with clients, delivering a professional and supportive experience from start to finish.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve successful completions and deliver outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within estate agency, sales progression, or property sales is highly desirable.
- A proven track record in a sales-focused environment, with a strong understanding of the property market preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to liaise with a range of stakeholders.
- A customer-focused approach, committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- A collaborative team player who enjoys contributing to a positive, high-performing environment.
