Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a successful market leading specialist who are looking for an experienced and capable Sales Manager to lead their Nottingham based BD team. The Sales Manager will report to the Sales Director and mentor a team of 4-6 Business Development Executives enabling them to achieve and exceed target expectations.
What will the role involve?
•            Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed personal and team sales targets
•            Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
•            Lead and motivate a team of Business Development Managers, including setting targets and providing ongoing coaching, shadowing, and support
•            Build and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
•            Collaborate with Line manager to develop promotional materials and campaigns
•            Attend relevant industry events and trade shows as needed
•            Always lead by example and become a role model in setting the correct business standards
Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in a Sales Manager role at leadership level essential
• Experience of mentoring and guiding a team
• Knowledge of setting KPI’s and targets
• Strong commercial acumen and great relationship building ability
