Regional Sales Manager (Midlands & North)

£30-35k+ OTE £47k + Company car

Harper recruitment group are working in partnership with a luxury outdoor retailer, an exciting opportunity to join the international Sales function as a Sales Manager.

You will be responsible for driving sales of high-quality bespoke products, building lasting relationships with both new and existing client and dealer base, 75% Account Management, 25% New Business.

The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to embrace company culture and take a charismatic and confident approach to business development.

The day to day:

  • Identify, target, and develop business opportunities across the region
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Working closely with internal Sales, Marketing and Technical teams to execute sales strategy and product development
  • Attending sales appointments, both virtual and face to face
  • Participate in trade shows and industry functions ensuring that all sales opportunities are maximised and act as a positive ambassador
  • Provide exceptional email and phone support
  • Reporting and analysis on KPI’s, pipeline and product performance in key markets
  • Frequent travel
