Job Role: Sales Manager

Salary:    £35-40k basic + uncapped bonus scheme

Location: Nottingham (NG15)

Hours:    Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm

We are working in partnership with a unique organisation within the Health and Social care sector, dedicated to improving the quality of life for care users.

Working alongside the team of Directors and Taskforce team you will be responsible for leading, supporting and encouraging the internal sales function.

What will the role involve?

• Ensuring business Sales targets are realised
• Implementing sales and marketing strategies
• Support and coach sales executive team
• Building rapport and strong working relationships with new and existing customers
• Have an active role in business development, identifying opportunities and key decision makers
• Represent the business at meetings trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Enhancing service user engagement
• Complaints management and resolution support
• Training/recruitment and staff development

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Natural flair for building relationships
• Proven Sales background
• Motivated positive approach
• Excellent communication skills
