Beauty Sales Executive 

£32,000 DOE + commission OTE up to c.£60,000 Permanent Loughborough Full-time

Harper Recruitment Group is partnering with a luxury wellbeing and service?led environment in Loughborough. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Prestige Beauty Host to join this high?end setting, where you will deliver exceptional VIP service, personalised consultations, and support clients who regularly spend thousands of pounds.
This role is central to creating an elevated and memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities:

VIP client hosting, greeting and supporting high?value guests with warmth, poise and professionalism Delivering prestige consultations tailored to individual beauty and wellbeing needs Maintaining an immaculate, serene and luxurious environment at all times Providing excellence by building long?term relationships with VIP clients Supporting high?value sales with confidence, often guiding clients through premium selections Assisting with private appointments, exclusive previews and invitation?only experiences Ensuring clear and professional communication with clients, suppliers and internal teams General hosting, administration and coordination to support the smooth running of the venue

What we’re looking for:

Experience in luxury hospitality, premium retail, wellbeing or cosmetics environments A polished communicator with a calm, confident and refined presence Personal presentation and communication skills are essential Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to anticipate client needs Comfortable supporting high?value purchases with grace and professionalism A proactive, warm and client?focused approach.
