Job Role: Sales Executive

Salary: £25k + uncapped commission structure

Location: Nottingham (NG15)

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am – 5pm

We are working in partnership with a unique organisation within the Health and Social care sector, dedicated to improving the quality of life for care users.

Our client is looking for a talented Sales Executive who will share their passion for teamwork, building lasting relationships and offering a consultative approach.

What will the role involve?

• Proactively Contact potential or existing care facilities throughout the UK
• Identifying and understanding customer needs
• Building rapport and strong working relationships
• Booking appointments for field team
• Educate customers of available services to improve brand loyalty and up-sell opportunities.
• Respond to incoming emails and phone enquiries
• Manage time effectively to support and meet the goals of the entire Inside Sales, Customer Care and Sales Administration teams.
• Represent the business at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
• Actively participate in all necessary training development programs.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

• Natural flair for building relationships
• Proven Sales background
• Motivated positive approach
• Excellent communication skills
