Our client are a national business with over 100 years of industry knowledge and experience, specialising in a bespoke service to a range of businesses across the UK.

They have continued to grow during the Covid - 19 pandemic and are now looking to strengthen their consultancy team and therefore seeking hardworking, tenacious and committed Sales Executives to join their successful team based in their Leicester offices.

You do not need to have previous experience within a sales environment as full training and support will be provided from day one

Job Function

  • You will be responsible for engaging with a range of prospective businesses, capturing key information on renewals, prices and requirements. Demonstrating product knowledge gained from their extensive industry training program and your natural relationship-building skills.
  • You will be committed to understanding client needs for the purpose of offering the best solution for them.
  • You will be responsible for capturing a key sales pipeline, ensuring you are speaking to customers at the right time.
  • You will gather information on competitors to enhance your rapport building and relationship skills
  • You will be responsible for managing your own workload for the purpose of meeting and exceeding your monthly KPI's.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 5.00pm
  • Friday 8.45am - 4.30pm
  • 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays

Salary:

  • A base salary of £18000 - £22000 doe, plus uncapped commission (realistic OTE £50000 per annum)
