Job Role: Sales Administrator
Salary: £25,000
Location: Nottingham (NG8)
Hours: Monday - Friday 9-5 (Hybrid working)


Harper Recruitment group are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a fun and friendly sales team for a successful manufacturer in Nottingham.

Working alongside the external and internal sales team, building relationships and ensuring a positive customer journey.

What will the role involve?

  • Supporting the Sales Account Managers in the completion of orders
  • Coordinate the customer orders and quotations
  • Effectively liaise with customers regarding our products
  • Coordinating all returns and faulty products
  • Prepare brochures sample packs for potential new customers
  • Booking appointments for reps
  • Updating product knowledge


Essential criteria:

  • Proven Sales Administration experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A team player with great attention to detail
