Job Role: Sales Administrator
Salary: c£20-24,000 + Attractive benefits package
Location: Nottingham
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm

Harper Recruitment group are looking for an experienced Administrator to join a fun and friendly sales team for a successful and well established national electrical distributor.

You will be responsible for building long lasting relationships with B2B Customers, providing exceptional admin support and product knowledge.

What will the role involve?

  • Coordinate the customer orders and quotations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Sales administration duties
  • Coordinating all returns and faulty goods
  • Arranging collection from customers
  • Managing customer accounts, payments and invoicing
  • Ensuring customer SLA’s are achieved
  • Updating product knowledge

Essential criteria:

  • Proven Sales Administration experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A team player with great attention to detail
