Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a well established and highly reputable leader in the professional services sector. They are looking for an experienced Risk and Compliance professional to work as part of the team that are responsible for the firm’s compliance with all regulatory requirements.

What will the role involve?

• Drafting policies and procedures
• Training staff on new policies and any changes to existing policies
• Contributing to the firms Anti-Money Laundering procedures
• Answering internal compliance related queries
• Onboarding new clients and running conflict checks
• Undertaking internal audits and analysis of compliance data
• Identifying and highlighting any areas of risk

• Previous experience in a similar Risk and Compliance role essential
• Experience working in an SRA regulated firm.
• Knowledge of Money Laundering regulations 2017
• Strong policy drafting skills.
• Law degree with industry experience or similar advantageous
