Job Role: Returns Administrator
Salary: £20,000
Location: Nottingham City Centre (Hybrid Working)
Hours: Full Time & Permanent – Monday-Friday Office Hours


Are you organised and customer orientated? Do you enjoy building relationships and solving problems? Our client is expanding their ecommerce and wholesale department and is looking for an energetic and analytical person to join the busy, friendly team as a Returns Administrator.

Duties will include:

  • Creating, processing and recording returns
  • Providing support to customers regarding returns, orders and general queries
  • Assisting with operating the ecommerce platform for the company’s products
  • Reporting on discrepancies
  • Supporting the team with admin enquiries 


Skills and experience required:

  • Administration
  • Strong communication skills; both written and on telephone
  • MS Office (intermediate Excel skills)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ecommerce experience desirable
  • SAP experience desirable
