Harpers is the consultancy of choice for a significant degree of East Midlands businesses, from PLC's to trusted recruitment partners for OMB/SME's across the region. The candidate relationships developed throughout this time have seen placement support for some of the region's industry leaders and key figures, along with multiple generations coming to Harpers for guidance and advice with their career development.
 
We are now looking to build our consulting team further and are on the search for the best of the best recruiters in the region. With the acquisition of several new large contracts and the continued development of our East Mids client base, 2022 is looking to be a very busy year. Therefore we need focused, highly driven sales professionals who want to work for an industry leader and have the opportunity to earn above average commission rates.

The Requirement…

  • You will need the belief and maturity to "run your own desk", being self-motivated whilst understanding that you are part of a successful, results orientated team and having the ability to embrace these different work ethics.
  • Drive, good old fashioned hard work, tenacity and determination to be (and offer) the best is a must-have. Settling for second place or a "that will do" mentality is not the Harper way.
  • An innovative approach that will use and challenge your many skills: sales, negotiation, diplomacy, advisory, marketing, networking and many more.
  • An entrepreneurial flair and not being afraid to challenge convention. These are changing times, and we need individuals that can capitalise on historical relationships BUT seek new and exciting territory to develop.
  • Recruitment experience, and the ability to" hit the ground running" is a solid card to play.
