Job Role: Recruitment Assistant
Salary: £21,720 + Excellent Benefits
Location: Derby
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5
Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a not-for-profit organisation based at their brand-new Pride Park head office. We are looking for a motivated Administrators to join the Recruitment team within a busy HR function.
What will the role involve?
Providing administration support within a busy recruitment team
Liaising with line managers and applicants to organise interviews and chase for feedback
Carrying out background vetting and pre-employment checks
Shortlisting and interviewing potential candidates
Conducting assessment centre
Coordinating interview schedules
Updating and maintaining applicant trackers
Assisting with new starter on boarding process
Issuing contracts for new and existing staff
Providing full administration support
Ensuring all HR policies & procedures are followed
Recording and monitoring holidays and sickness
Essential criteria:
Proven administration experience
Background within recruitment advantageous
Excellent interpersonal skills
A team player with great attention to detail
