Harper Recruitment Group are working in partnership with a successful Engineering company based in Derby. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to provide support to wider HR Team, helping to promote an engaging and efficient recruitment process.
What will the role involve?

• Consulting with hiring managers and creating comprehensive role profiles
• Creating engaging adverts and posting across a variety of job boards
• Instigating initial pre-screening telephone calls and making comprehensive notes
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews
• Maintaining candidate contact throughout the full recruitment journey
• Updating induction material and new starter information
• Contributing to a range of exciting projects including investors in people, diversity and inclusion and early careers engagement.

• Experience of full 360 recruitment processes essential
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and CV databases
• Capable using MS Office applications
• Great communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to demonstrate sophisticated emotional intelligence, building meaningful relationships
• Demonstrating a positive energy with a genuine passion for people and recruitment
