Job Role: Recruitment/HR Administrator
Salary: £10.10ph
Location: Derby
Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30-5.30
Harper Recruitment group are working in partnership with a national health-care provider just a stones throw from Derby City Centre, we are looking for a motivated Recruitment/HR Administrator to join our client for 12 week project.
What will the role involve?
	- Providing administration support within a busy recruitment team
 
	- Liaising with line managers and applicants to organise interviews and chase for feedback
 
	- Carrying out background vetting and pre-employment checks
 
	- Placing job adverts
 
	- Assisting with new starter on boarding process
 
	- Issuing contracts for new and existing staff
 
	- Providing full administration support
 
	- Maintaining personnel files
 
	- Recording and monitoring holidays and sickness
 
Essential criteria:
	- Proven administration experience
 
	- Background within recruitment advantageous
 
	- Excellent interpersonal skills
 
	- A team player with great attention to detail
