Harper Recruitment Group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator / Receptionist to join our client within the education sector.

You will be responsible for providing professional Front of House and administration support.

What will the role involve?

  • Answering all incoming calls and business enquiries
  • Greeting all visitors, issuing passes, and recording arrivals
  • Processing all incoming and outgoing post
  • Diary management, booking and preparing meeting rooms
  • Ensuring the reception area is well always presented

Experience and skills required:

  • Previous experience in a similar role essential, office support, admin, reception or similar
  • Enhanced DBS check from within the last 6 months is essential.
  • Strong IT literacy and MS Office skills
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritise a busy workload
