Purchase Ledger Assistant
£21k + Bonus + Benefits

Are you experienced in Purchase Ledger and looking to work for an employer that offers great benefits and the opportunity to work a hybrid work from home/office split?

We have a great opportunity to join a small, established, and supportive finance team who are experiencing accelerated growth in an expanding sector.

The role will involve:

  • Daily maintenance of the purchase ledger.
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and updating existing data.
  • Matching and checking invoices and credit notes to the PO and GRN.
  • Posting invoices and credit notes on the accounts system.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and allocate payments against invoices.
  • Deal with enquiries via telephone and email.

Skill and experience required:

  • Previous experience in transactional finance, purchase ledger or similar.
  • Good IT/Excel skills
  • Great attention to detail
