We’re recruiting for an ambitious and commercially driven Lister / Valuer to join a high-performing estate agency team in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on winning new business, building strong local relationships, and becoming a recognised name in the market.

You’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth:  securing new instructions, delivering expert valuations, and ensuring every property hits the market with maximum exposure and standout presentation. What You’ll Be Doing

• Winning new residential instructions through proactive business generation, networking, and local market activity
• Conducting accurate and confident property valuations, converting opportunities into listings
• Building a strong market presence across Nottingham through canvassing, relationship-building, and community engagement
• Overseeing marketing materials including photography, floorplans, property descriptions, and online listings to ensure every property stands out
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience, guiding vendors through the sales process from valuation to completion
• Staying ahead of local market trends, buyer demand, and competitor activity
• Maintaining accurate records, forecasts, and follow-ups to maximise conversions and performance

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience within residential estate agency, ideally as a Lister / Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator
• Proven success in winning instructions and converting valuations
• A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded, target-driven, and motivated by success
• Strong knowledge of the Nottingham property market
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
